Who's Xia Da? well, she is for one a darn cute girl
A number of her works are currently available in Japanese, and currently she is serialised in Ultra Jump. A sampling seems to demonstrate she is not lacking in talent either:

Okay, I know you guys have been drunken looking at this goddess, but may I remind you that she is... and really is 28 years-old whether you believe or not (well I don't) and that is her face.
I guess now you know why Japan's mangaka is so crazy over her works (which makes it deadly for the Japan Mangaka) , she already have a pretty big fan pool following her manga.
Unless you are still clueless, manga-ka is someone who drew manga (otherwise known as comics)
If you're questioning about her talents, I suggest you have a look at her artworks
Seriously, her style is outstandingly innocent and pretty, I have no qualms on being her fan from now on..
She will have a terrific future ahead of her!! well for another 6-7 years at least.....
