Thousands of commuters in dozens of cities the world over are said to have successfully concluded what may be the world’s largest act of coordinated mass exhibitionism, except in Japan.

No Pants Day, an event organised by reprobate group Improv Everywhere, has since 2002 seen participants remove their trousers for an annual exhibitionistic romp through local mass transit systems.

It seems the mere suggestion of a similar event in Japan was enough to summon almost the entirety of the local police force; US police evidently have much better things to be doing, though some might question their priorities all the same. Worse to mention, Malaysia's police won't even blink an eye to such an event..... well due to the probability that none Malaysians are sporty enough or tied up by religion to do that. Instead they prefer to sit at the office drinking coffee and watch church goes on fire ;-)
